Our Story
Nutrient dense meals, created by private chefs, for postpartum moms living at or below the state poverty line. Nourish Nashville was created by a group of women with one goal in mind, feed postpartum moms in need. We believe by providing free meals during this vital time in a woman's life, we can not only help them heal physically but mentally as well. Setting the mom and family up for success in the future.

Breakfast
Pistachio overnight oats. This nourishing breakfast is perfect for those early postpartum days. Pistachio overnight oats are ready to go and full of protein, fiber, healthy fats, alongside vital minerals and vitamins. All which will provide much needed energy and nutrients.
Lunch
Pomegranate and coco aminos braised beef with whipped root mash. Braised beef is packed with collagen, protein and minerals such as selenium, potassium and phosphorus. All paired with a antioxidant rich sauce and comforting root mash.
Dinner
Kimchi chicken caesar wrap with arugula, pumpkin seeds, green onions, parmesan and maple roasted carrots. Kimchi is packed with gut restoring probiotics while the chicken and pumpkin seeds support healthy energy levels and help balance hormones. This meal is perfect for the end of the day or for those times when you only have one hand free.
Snacks
Cinnamon-sugar pumpkin protein bites. Naturally sweetened with coconut sugar, these protein bites are the perfect middle of the night or mid day snack when you need a quick boost of energy to keep you going.
